Welcome to La Milpa®, operated by Puebla Norte LLC. By accessing our website at milparosa.com or placing an order with us — directly or through one of our distribution partners — you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. 1. About Us
La Milpa® is a nixtamal tortilleria producing tortillas, tortilla chips, and fresh masa from our facility in Hopewell Junction, NY. We sell direct to consumers through our website and through foodservice distributors including Baldor, UNFI, Best Mexican Foods, J. Ambrogi, PFG (Performance Food Group), and Gordon Food Service.
"La Milpa®" and "La Milpa de Rosa®" are registered trademarks of Puebla Norte LLC.
2. Who Can Use This Site
By using this site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you will use the site in compliance with these Terms.
3. Orders & Payments
Direct Orders (milparosa.com)
When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and shipping information. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
Distributor Orders
Orders placed through distributors such as but not limited to Baldor, UNFI, Best Mexican Foods, J. Ambrogi, PFG, or Gordon Food Service are governed by the terms and conditions of those respective platforms and distribution agreements. La Milpa® is not responsible for pricing, availability, or fulfillment issues arising from distributor platforms.
Foodservice & Wholesale
Wholesale and foodservice accounts may be subject to separate agreements. Contact us at orders@milparosa.com or visit milparosa.com/nixtamal/wholesale to get started.
4. Perishable Products
Our tortillas, chips, and fresh masa are perishable food products. We take great care in packaging and shipping, but once your order leaves our facility, temperature handling and storage are your responsibility. Please follow all storage and handling instructions included with your order.
We do not accept returns on food products. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please see our Return Policy at milparosa.com/returns — we'll make it right.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the La Milpa® and La Milpa de Rosa® trademarks, logos, photography, copy, and design — is the property of Puebla Norte LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Sharing our content on social media with credit? That's the kind of love we appreciate. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and website are provided 'as is.' While we stand behind the quality of everything we make, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted site access, or the accuracy of any nutritional or product information beyond what is stated on our labeling.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puebla Norte LLC's liability for any claim arising out of your use of our site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
